If the data comes from the FBI , they count Hispanic criminals as "white".

Thanks for the reminder, but I'm aware that many latino offenders are classified as "White" with high frequency.

I don't meant that sarcastically, because many people are not aware of that.

I have in mind FBI 2010 figures, just curious why the ratios are somewhat different to that of FBI 2013, so the cryptic latino-offenders-as-Whites factor should not be a huge factor.
