There are 524,000 people on this planet that consciously made the decision to be instantly notified every time this narcissistic old hag uploads a selfie. I deleted all social media a few years ago but dear god, if this woman can be an online celebrity it's no wonder young chicks that are actually hot feel like royalty. Or, in a sane world a 30-year old man would marry a woman while she was 18 and naturally hot with 1% of the effort, and by the time she became 48 and nowhere as hot as this one he would be 60 and wouldn't care so much about it anyway. Seems like the same result for far less effort.

I'm the same, MrPink, I wouldn't touch social media with a ten foot barge pole, one reason being because I refuse to be a source of narcissistic supply for women on there. Indeed, one may safely say that Instagram is the non plus ultra in narcissistic crack for women these days and a woman's use of it should constitute in and of itself a red flag to disqualify her from anything but a pump 'n dump operation.

But your hope that it's women validating each other is, I believe, wide of the mark. The thirst is real and you only need to observe how even plain Jane's these days have the ego of Genghis Khan for this unpalatable fact to truly sink in.

3-5 hours of exercise per week and follow a sensible diet 80% of the time.

You look at least 20 years younger when you exercise and eat healthy!

My dad is lucky where my mum (housewife) goes to the gym every day or two and looks 35 even tho she is 60. I do the same and eat well to this day cause of her! All my mates had a thing for her when I was in school :/ My parents have been married for nearly 40 years! My grandparents where married for 50 years and received a little from the president about 15 years ago!

I'm forced to travel to the East these days to date REAL women!

I don't expect women to look amazing over 40, we're all aware of the differences of how different types of women of age, even if lifestyles are all equal.

I think the show "House of Cards" has had the most impressive collection of attractive women over 40 I have ever seen on television, and even then, I don't think one can say any of them are "banging", just good-looking.

On another note, the gym has become the latest fad/status symbol.

Now you have hordes of women telling people, "I gotta do blah blah, then I'm headed to the gym."

They go damn near everywhere that isn't a formal setting in Nike Hypercool tights and cross-trainers.

Most of the people in gyms today are fat, bottom line.

A very small percentage of the guys are really in shape.

An even smaller percentage of the women are really in shape.

The gyms make their money off fat people who don't understand that the gym is a lifestyle, not something you just do temporarily.

So every two-three months you have a new crew of fat people joining the gym, meanwhile the old herd that's "over it" forgets that the gym is still auto-deducting money from their accounts, while the new crew has bullshitted themselves into believing that after a few weeks of squats and curls, they'll look like movie stars.

Then they find out it doesn't work like that, and the next time you go into the gym, you'll see the next class of fake gym rats who swear they're going to go every day and eat chicken and broccoli forever, until they see a stand with fried oreos and remember who they really are; it's easier for them to succumb to their mediocrity than actually make what must be a life-long change.

Working out is your second, part-time job. Everyone should make time for it. And if you wear the pants in an LTR (and you damned well should) then managing her figure and fitness is something you should be keeping an eye on (though not overbearingly so). Especially if you plan to marry and have kids with a woman. There's a greater chance she'll let herself go than you will. She'll feel secure with a ring or a kid, so by your looking after yourself (passive dread game?) she'll be encouraged to look after herself so you don't go looking to upgrade. If she looks after herself by default then you need to pick your game up and keep outdoing the competition.

All that said, once you make it routine for her to look after herself and keep in shape, she will be a woman worth keeping into her post-fertility years.

Not a fan of the implants though. Ugh.

Don't kid yourselves though.
I can see breast implants plus a too also bra to push them up.
A nose job and botox.
You can see from her very old pictures her nose was wider and her tits were sagging pretty well even with the bra.


Squatting will do a lot, but a butt lift was done along with lordis poses

She's done a lot of hard work..But she's taken a lot of short cuts. She isn't natural. But she does have decent genetics and has stayed fit.

At the end of the day..she also has never had a kid. Which weighs on the body a lot.

I won't knock a woman for looking good and taking pride in her appearance. She may have a boob job, but her ass is incredible. She may have 450K followers on social media, but most are thirsty simps who stalk follow countless other women on the internet. Yes, a girl half her age, who puts out the same level of effort in maintaining herself will blow this one out of the water.

Have to give respect for a woman for taking care of her appearance which is the most important thing they have. We alphas, will never commit to this old woman unless we're +65, but even then, we could pick a girl in her 30's. Some guys will bang this woman but doesn't matter how much she fights aging. Woman in OP is too gaunt for my liking.
