I'll leave out the stuff that's already been covered. Bit of a brain dump from the last 6 months of learning thai. Some of it may not 100%.

You'll  have to work out the tones yourself but this is all pretty basic stuff that doesn't really need sentence construction. Sorry it's in no particular order .

Bpen nai bang = how's it going?
Gor dee = ok / not bad
Bpai = go somewhere
Yaa = don't
Bpai na = let's go
Ba (short a with stopped breath ) = let's go (short version more used by thais )
Bpai nai = where do you go?
Ja (will) Bpai = I will go
Bpai tura = going to take care of some unspecified business
Yuu tii = to be somewhere
Tii nhai = where ?
Tii nii = here
Tii nan = there
Yang mai roo = not sure yet
Jam dai = I remember
Jam mai dai = I don't remember
Luum = forget
Luum laow = I forgot already
Yaa luum = don't forget
Hai = give
Hai noi = give for me
Ard ja = maybe
Ayu = age .Ayu tao rai = how old are you ?
Suung = height . Suung tao rai = how tall are you ?

Dtrong Bpai = straight ahead
Liaow sai = left
Liaow kwaa = right
Jut tii = stop here (car)
Yuut = stop  (people )

Reu = fast
Chaa = slow

Pood thai bang = I speak some Thai

Fang = listen
Fang plaang = listen to music

Note : Add gwaa to the end of most words to make them 'er' eg reu gwaa = faster

Duum = drink
Gin = eat (also drink. many thais will say gin naam for drink water )
Ahan = food
Kaow = rice but also generally to eat ie gin kaow = eat a meal
Naam keng = ice (hard water)
Manaow = lemon or lime
Naam blaow = water without ice

Mao = drunk
Kee mao = very drunk
Mao laow = usual phrase for 'I'm drunk' literally 'drunk from alcohol' (not the same 'laow' which means happening now or already . This would be 'mao laow laow')
Khor Keng = strong drinker  (literally 'strong neck')
Por laow = enough already  (eg if you don't want another drink)

Mot = finished for bottles etc
Set = finished for something that will continue at some point eg work

Kui = talk
Joo chao = flirt
Maa tii nii = come here
Paak wan = sweet talk (literally 'mouth sweet")
Suay = beautiful  (always written like this but actually more like 'swoii' with a rising tone )

Suay jang / mak / mak mak / tii sud = a lot / very much / the most
Suay nha sod = beautiful with no make up ( literally 'face fresh')
Mai suay tao rai / mai suay koie = beautiful but not so much

Narak = cute
Poo chai = man
Poo ying = woman
Nhoom = young man
Sao Sao = younger girl  (the kind you want to be picking up)
Gae = old
Auan = fat
Pumpui = chubby
Kon thai mai? = are you thai ?
Burit = cigarette
Sup Burit = smoke
Mee Burit wang mai? = do you have a spare cigarette? 

Mai bok = I don't tell
Bok maa = tell me

Ya maa ya maa = come on now....

Doo dee = you/ it  look good

Bpen dek dee = you are a good kid (sounds stupid in English but very cute to say in thai )

Chao man ter = whatever ...
Chob = like
Man sai = don't like ( mai chob is fine also. use man sai if you want to sound like a Thai)
Kun (yim) suay = you have a beautiful smile  (yim is smile but insert whatever you want eg pom = hair , sua = dress , nom = tits etc etc)

Yim suay suay = you smile beautifully  (subtly different and less farang will know this one)

Doo doo gan bai = dating (look look at each other) kinda like early days checking someone out
Baa = crazy
Ting tong = crazy but more like stupid
Sanook = fun
Buuer = bored
Na buuer = boring
Glang = tease or make fun off
Gliad = hate
Faan = bf or gf
Gik = fuck buddy
Pood go hok = your lying (speak lie)
Kee mo = bullshit (not too harsh)
Reung mak = many stories (talking shit basically)
Doo = watch eg tv
Hen = see eg mai hen kun (I didn't see you)
Hen duay = I agree

Muern  (gan) = the same. can use if you want the same food etc as someone else but the one below is a lot better. (Avoid 'Chen gan' which a lot of farang seem to pick up off the Internet.  It's only used by 60 year old grandmothers).

Aow yang nii duay = I want the same thing

Aow = I want (most informal)
Yaak = I want (more formal)
Khor = I would like (most formal )
Laow gor = and then . Can use when describing what you are doing or when ordering food drinks etc (eg aow Singha laow gor whiskey kap)

Aow arai mai? = do you want anything?

Mai mee arai = no reason (not have what)
Mai mee arai phiseet = nothing special

Tammai = why?
Yang nai = how?
Kon nai = who?
Muer rai = when?

Check bin = bring the bill
Kep tang = bring the bill ('take cash' . Used by most younger thais)
Kep ngern  = bring the bill ('take money' .used by thais )

Kao = him
Krai = anybody
Pom = me
Goo = me (informal)
Kun = you
Ter = you (for female friend or someone you know )

Ron = hot
Nghao = cold (I am cold)
Yen = cold (eg akaat yen = cold weather )

Gaefe yen = iced coffee
Gaefe Ron = hot coffee

Alos, I am not sure if Bah really translates to let's go. Bah means crazy.

Sometimes you will also hear "mai bok" from girls, which means "I don't tell you".

Thanks for the correction. Though for OP - I don't think you need to worry about getting anything perfect. Just make an effort and it will be endearing ("oh... you know Thai??")

Near conversational in Thai here, list any phrases you want to know and I'll translate them.

Other guys have covered pretty much anything you could need in a month though.
