Recently I've been banging/seeing a few 19-21 year old college girls. After a while they end up hitting me with the bullshit... "Would you be jealous if I was seeing/fucking/kissing other guys"? Firstly should I just straight up drop girls who consistently pull this bullshit? I often act cool and say something like " i'd be a hypocrite if I was", but this constant questioning from a plethora of girls is starting to piss me off.

Can someone please explain this phenomenon and shed some light on how I should respond?

It's a shit test.

BassPlay is right, they want to see you react emotionally to this.

A few angles to jump into this:

-If it's via text, go silent on them.
-If it's in person, laugh at them, "double down on the fuckery" by saying shit like "well then it's a good thing I'm seem 50 other girls then" - shit like that - you need to FRAME this correctly, confidently, and funny. Best reaction is having them slap your arm as you laugh.
-If it's in person/text/phone, with a serious tone, "if you are, then there's no more reason to continue this conversation" something along those lines.

You should never take a bitch seriously who says shit like that to begin with.

Secondly, you immediately swat that shit test down, so she never ever does it again.

It's obvious these bitches want them to yourself and are trying to get a reaction to get the ball rolling on the "well what are talk".

Don't ever show guilt or admit anything with these bitches - you're just adding ammo to their magazine that they'll send down your range later.

OR....just drop these bitches and find more, be abundant.

Kaotic is right. They are trying to gauge your level of investment and simultaneously test your frame. The worst thing you could do is get mad at this. Even if you do care, you should act as if you don't.
