Everyone is made in some way. Still it don't take away self responsibility. Its like a criminal immigrant that get a free away pass because of his hard childhood or his cultural background. Nobody is innocent.

I'm not saying she is blameless. But, women in general are weak herd animals, and have less free will than men do. This is perhaps the biggest reason why women do not deserve the vote.
