My whole problem is its not the "plus sized" model but they have to make a big deal out of it and shove it down our throats.

Also is Ashley Graham the only plus sized model in the entire earth? Remember her from the banned Superbowl Lane Bryant commercial five years ago now here she is again. She's kinda annoying.

I do think the SI Swimsuit issue and the whole modeling industry could use more diversity because seeing the same 6ft skinny models gets visually boring but this was the wrong way to go about it. Also the three bodypaint slots have been taken by Ronda Rousey, some tennis girl and Tiger's ex skiiing chick. What a disaster. Worst SI Swimsuit issue ever. Proabably until the next one when they have a black transgender lesbian muslim cover model.

I saw stories today about Lindsey Vonn and Ronda Rousey are going to be in the 2016 issue with body painted on swimsuits.

Normally, I would think both of them 'marginal' in looks (Rousey worse than Vonn) to be in such a thing and not worthy of being in the SI for the following:

1: Ronda Rousey in a number of photos has like a hooded sweatshirt on and dressed up to look like a thug. I assume that is to go along with the theme that she can 'kick any man's ass'; but here we are to believe that she looks fantastic. I sense lots of photoshop being done.

2: Linsey Vonn seems to be 'running into the wall' and not someone I would normally expect to see in SI, especially with how she looks like she is aging. While most photos of her seem 'ok' elsewhere, she seems a little worn down. She is 31 so it would be consistent with 'wall theory'.

While both of them look 'ok', I would never put, how they look today, in the same category as past models like Elle Macpherson and Kathy Ireland. Maybe this is a sign of how far things have fallen.

Of course, with the issue putting in a 56 year old woman and a plus model, both of them are 11s on a 1 to 10 scale.

Part of me wants to refuse to believe that this is happening.

Just disgusting. I hate how SI is willing to continue to perpetuate the myth that being this size is "healthy", when all they're really doing is promoting laziness. Graham needs to pull the makeup and cameras out of the gym and actually put in some work.

The worst part is, some -you know- actually attractive model is getting screwed out of this cover because PC is what is selling right now. Makes me sick.
