Middle eastern christians = she wont shed a tear. Neither will the so-called christian right. The leftists of course always relish christian blood wherever its spilled.

I have a bad feeling the Trump administration will be used as a cover for a vast anti-syria-lebanon-iran operation.

A senator recently announced Trump will move the embassy to Jerusalem on the next visit.

I remember reading a book a few years from the great Australian investigative journalist, John Pilger who reported from a host of conflict zones from Northern Ireland, the Balkans, Middle East to SEA and East Timor. The book was called 'Heroes' and in the book, Pilger talks about the lives of ordinary people affected by conflict. In the book he mentions the term 'unpeople'. This term he uses to describe whole nations or peoples demonised by the Western MSM and governments who use borderline racist propaganda in order to soften up their respective populations to feel no empathy or sympathy for the them if and when they are killed. He attributes to the basis that these people represent a narrative that doesn't fit in with the official storyline. They are evil, that's it. He lists the Palestinians, the Serbs, the Vietnamese (gooks, Charlie) and the unfortunate Timorese.

Well the Christians of Syria have entered this category. There will no tears shed by Ivanna or The Donald. They do not fit the narrative. They are to be slaughtered.

What a truly fucked up world we live in.

RE: The Syria conflict thread
Honestly, us lebanese christians have a bit of an attitude to us. We had a good position in Lebanon before and kinda ok now. We have our share of douches on an individual and group level.

But you will never meet someone nicer than a syrian or palestinian christian. Whenever i meet one its like they have been sheltered in their family basement all their life.

And nobody acknowledges their existence.

I hear western christian people make arguments about jerusalem and if its islamic or jewish, yet noone talks about the christian palestinians who were kicked out of there and will be kicked out of there. When the war was raging in Lebanon noone said hey theres christians there, those guys hold our values, they are a good influence on the region, lets help them out. Nope, total silence and using us for political bargains.
And now noone talks about syrian christians especially

Ted Cruz went to talk at a middle eastern christian conference yet all he talked about was israel http://time.com/3328063/ted-cruz-booed-i...ddle-east/

Not even about what he may have said, but ffs youre at a christian event, cant you at least pretend its about them for a 10 minutes speech

No no no no no, you guys are simply misinformed. See, U.S. senior military and intelligence officials, whoever they are, told me, through the very trustworthy news outlets, that Putin and Russia are the ones who've been waging a vicious brutal civilian targeting air campaign and are the evil war criminal thugs we all have long known. Please, the U.S. and Israel are only trying to promote peace and democracy through the democratic loving freedom fighter rebels. Such freedom loving morally superior nations would never do such things. Ya'll need to listen to the U.S. government more, they'll set ya straight. I mean, what more evidence do you need than the word of senior intelligence and military officials? Come on now.

Good points, but It's not just the Christians of Syria, Syrian Muslims have been targeted too, because the great majority of them don't support the jihadis/wahabi mercenaries. Those two Christian girls were killed by mortar shells lobbed on an upscale Damascus neighborhood.

But it's indeed important to highlight the presence of Christians in the Levant, and the fact that they've been one of the main victims of the neocon agenda. In Palestine, they have been targeted by Israel, they have been pushed to emigrate, with refugee access to the US. There is a large Christian Palestinian community in the SF Bay Area.

Israel wants to portray their conflict as them vs muslim extremists, when in fact Palestinian society has been a stable multi-confessional society for generations, much like Syrian society. That's why Israel created Hamas. Likewise, they've tried to portray the Syrian conflict as Muslims killing Christians, when in fact it's about mercenary jihadis (armed and trained by foreign intelligence services) that have been targeting them, along with the rest of the country.

RE: The Syria conflict thread
You will generally find many Jewish dissidents, but their media and the top are all traitors. And honestly it is the same in almost all Western countries. Who thinks that Merkel represents her people and who thinks that the entire media loves their people so much and wants them to do well?

The same is true in Israel, but this story is funny since it concerns ISIS:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-04-28...f-soldiers

http://www.timesofisrael.com/ex-defense-...ber-clash/

Quote:Ex-defense minister says IS ‘apologized’ to Israel for November clashMoshe Ya’alon’s office refuses to elaborate after alluding to contact with terror group

So ISIS whose teachings are derived directly from the Islamic sources (which spell out complete annihilation of every Jew on earth as a final goal) - that ISIS which has been beheading Christians and any Muslims not up to their exact bent of Islam - that ISIS has been officially apologizing to Israel for attacking them?

We are ruled by traitors - Israel being no exception. Within the country you find plenty of dissenters, at the top you see only Merkelesque-globalist-lickspittle-bootlickers.

Russia and Turkey called for safe-zones within Syria this afternoon.

Suspicious turn of events, nothing good can come from Erdogan and Putin did talk to Trump yesterday.

Assad being thrown under the bus? At least in part...

There are also reports of US military vehicles entering Syria for the last few days...

US military vehicles have been in and out of Syria for months now but the steady increase is due in part to larger covert operations by special forces.

Turkey has threatened US forcies embedded with Kurds who are there to stop Turkey from carrying out their trecherous plans.

A very good explanation by Syrian journalist Kevork Almassian on what these de-escalation areas mean.

My guess is that they are setting safe zone in order to pre-empt the main excuse for US/NATO ground intervention.

If you want to find out what is really going on in Syria, check out 21st Century Wire podcasts with Patrick Henningsen (Sunday Wire), live streaming from Syria on sunday noon EST on Alternate Current Radio here: http://www.alternatecurrentradio.com

This week's episode has British journalist Tom Duggan. He says foreign jihadis are escorted into Syria by Turkish army, and are commissioned to loot and destroy the country.

If that is the case, then Turkey could find itself with the most to lose especially given the fact that it has signed up to the deal. Would Russia and Iran tolerate such shenanigans. My take on it is that this deal will break down and after that, Moscow, Tehran and Damascus will go all in to destroy the crazies.

Btw, I'm a big fan of Henningsen. I have seen him on RT and Press TV many times.

RE: The Syria conflict thread
No one has covered Syria in the US better that Henningsen.

Tom Duggan has dropped major truth bombs in this last show about the jihadis in Syria.

-2,500 foreign jihadis streaming in every month though Turkey from Chechnya, Ctrl Asia, western Europe dumps, armed and escorted by NATO.

-Syrian army strategically bombed by US fighter jets while they had ISIS encircled in Deir Zor. Bombing went on for hours, targeting Syrian army key positions and supply routes, in coordination with simultaneous ISIS counterattack

-Russia took out more ISIS hardware, jihadis, oil trucks, ammos in 3 weeks than NATO did in years of their alleged "bombing runs".

-In Palmyra, priceless thousand-year old artifacts were stolen and sold off to western antique dealers. Large statues were destroyed with sledgehammers. Jihadis had a "shopping list" prepared by those dealers. Syrian museum director hid many artifacts and was tortured to death, wouldn't reveal location of hidden treasures.

-Syrians of all denominations rallying behind government. US/West economic sanctions on Syria taking a huge toll on the economy and the livelihood of the average person. Thugs/gangs profiting off their misery.

Gay cakes and trans bathrooms: the most important human rights issues of our times, surely.

Trump approves arming Kurds

Interesting. Of course we want to take out ISIS. But history shows arming forces in the middle east is far from reliable.

Well this could get interesting if the US donates some MANPADS and the Turks feel that little bit edgy and want to flex their ego on people fighting a force they were caught backing for years.

I know full well how this can go politically because its legitimising the Kurds and they will want their own territory in the area, much to the annoyance of Israel, Turkey, the Gulf States and Iraq. US is playing dad at the moment and he is telling the kids to play nice.

Turkey would be annoyed, but not Israel, because breaking up Syria into weak, warring ethno-states with an allied Kurdish buffer state is their master plan, the Oded Yinon Plan, a policy whitepaper from the Foreign Ministry of Israel:

The plan operates on two essential premises. To survive, Israel must 1) become an imperial regional power, and 2) must effect the division of the whole area into small states by the dissolution of all existing Arab states. Small here will depend on the ethnic or sectarian composition of each state. Consequently, the Zionist hope is that sectarian-based states become Israel’s satellites and, ironically, its source of moral legitimation.

http://www.globalresearch.ca/greater-isr...st/5324815

Kurds have been ethnically cleansing Christian Syrians and Iraqis from areas they've lived in for thousands of years. The irony is that Kurds in Syria are refugees from Turkey, though before the 1920s they've also helped the Turks ethnically cleanse Armenians from Turkey, whose villages and lands they've taken over. You're not going to hear any of this in the MSM. Syrian Girl on this subject:

Putin had a long rant at Megyn Kelly when she asked him about Syria today.

Ending with: "Don't use terrorists to oust Assad. It's not worth it, like Al-Qaeda's creation in Afg & 9/11"
