As an Iraq Vet who is still in shape, I'm the last person to be scared of being physically injured or screamed at by clowns like this. At the same time, I really wouldn't want to risk the reputation of what this whole group stands for, & what Veterans stand for by being involved in a violent altercation. Even if it was in my own self defense & legal for me to take them all down. Still not worth it. The only thing we can do in our position is to avoid all violence completely. I'd be running out of there, 2 miles in 11 minutes style even with Timberland Pro's on my feet!

One thing I'd like to remind everyone when in this situation is that you have to view these people as the possible former Psychiatric Inpatients or Current Outpatients that they most likely are. I worked in a hospital for 2 years as a Medical Supply Stock Clerk & was completely shocked at how many "normal people" were in & out of these units. We are talking about patients going from the hardcore locked down & secured Psychiatric Inpatient Unit, & also the Substance Abuse Inpatient Unit, directly into the public after. Just think of how many of these kind of facilities there are in most decent sized cities in addition to the ones that are inside regular hospitals. I'm not saying someone can't be rehabilitated or that the programs are all failures, but I am saying that it's obvious that many of these SJW's have got to be unstable. Don't try to reason with them, just get out of there asap & save yourself the trouble.

Forum input on how to handle a situation like this in advance would be helpful. The subject of the video did a good job of not being recorded punching anyone out etc. It also demonstrates that police are really no help unless they are on scene already.

I'd heard from someone before that its advisable to bring a conflict off the street and into an open business, restaurant etc. A disturbance inside of a business will bring multiple 911 calls from patrons and the business owner/manager. Second, most urban storefront businesses have security cameras and the conflict will be recorded.

Last, if you are a well dressed dude like in the video, being chased by what look like "typical montreal protesters" people will, via stereotype, assume that you are the victim.

What is this?? In which world do these people even live, that this is considered a "good advice" as if it wasn't common sense, especially for a skinny girl?? If they walk into me while I'm walking they're the ones assaulting me and stopping me from moving. I don't see how it would be assault if a bunch of men were surrounding a woman and not letting her pass if she tried to push them out of the way. To be honest I'd just plough through them and hit them really hard with my shoulders if they get hurt its their fault not mine. I have no qualms about shouldering one of those degenerates in the jaw.

Don't get me wrong, I know lots of ways to deals with assholes like that, a good shoulder check or a well placed elbow does the trick. Remember, they are video tapping, they have "witnesses", they have bleeding heart perma-victim status.
What do you do if only the women surrounded you?
What legal means do we have? Is it a type of false imprisonment? Is it sexual harassment? (maybe some guy/girl "touches" you where they shouldn't...) I'm just trying to get tactics figured out.

Any cops or lawyers have any insights or ideas?
