No charges because the cops successfully claimed they were really scared (this was during the Dorner manhunt) and incompetent and had no training and, therefore, not responsible for their actions. But they still kept their jobs.

After firing at the women, the officers didn't even offer first aid or an apology.

I remember this going down, I remember the first shootings going down in my backyard.

Talk about quick trigger finger and paranoia, I was shocked to find out they were still alive after.

Do they still have to deliver papers to cover the medical costs from those accidental bullets?

I mean, you could apply this every police shooting, where there are no charges and the cops keep their jobs. One day this behavior won't be as acceptable to the public as it is now. I just hope I'm alive to see it.

Most likely part of the deal.

$4.2 million of "keep it shut" money so no criminal charges are pursued.

Clearly they were telling the truth.
