A Lebanese barber shop has opened up in my town. Guys from the Middle East really know how to trim beards. It's brilliant for me as I can get a trim every other week without the hassle of driving ten miles to what was previously the closest. For my UK brethren- I would personally never go to any Brit barber again to deal with my beard.

One thing the guy who usually cuts my beard has recommended is allowing the line down from your ears to the chin to grow up a bit, rather than cutting it low enough for a good clean line every time. It's taken a couple of months to fill out but looks much better (on me at least).

I've always had facial stubble/short beard that I would trim down every week. I'm getting on Team Beard and am gonna let this fucker grow out.

I would like an advice, how to manage my moustache after it reaches certain length and begins to obstruct my eating. Of course, you may trim it. But otherwise, how to deal with it? Do you just form it with your fingers, use a comb, and it stays? Or what? I would like to hear back from those of you with such a moustache.

Get beard balm/beeswax balm depending on the length. Work it into your moustache after you've warmed it with your hands after showering. You can curl it at the tips or otherwise style it as you please by doing this. Over time your moustache will naturally begin to grow the way you style it.

I just trim mine and for the most part kept it the same thickness/length once it reached a spot I liked. The beard keeps on growing though. It's a great feeling when people start calling you Paul Bunyan, the beard, lumberjack, etc.

Forgive me my bearded brethren.... for I have sinned

It has been 426 days since my last beard trim. I have a hard time trusting just anyone with the supreme beard so I tend to not get it trimmed for very extended periods of time. However today I decided it was time to put it in gods hands and get it trimmed. So I find a beard barber with great Facebook reviews and a photo of a majestic man with a majestic beard covering the whole back wall... its the first thing you see upon entering the establishment. I'm greeted by a man with a beard who sits me down and wraps me up like a burrito in preparation for the assassination of my beard thats unbeknownst to me about to transpire. So after I'm prepped for my trim the man steps back and a little woman appears, the ol switcheroo ....SIN #1: Allowing a woman to tame the supreme beard. As I lay in the chair realizing what was happening I look to the sky and ask "Why have you forsaken me??" I almost immediately got a answer... that this was far worse then I had originally thought. It was truly time to atone for my sins. SIN #2 She grabbed the electric clippers.... at this point I'm to physically, mentally, and spiritually broken to object. I lay back and allow my punishment to take place. Now I have no mustache really of which to speak, where as before I could twirl some handlebars that would make Schwinn and Huffy jealous. Whats left of my beard is not as bad off but its no where near its former glory.... THIS IS WHY I FUCKING DON'T GET MY BEARD TRIMMED BY MORTALS
