I watched this last night and would like to suggest improvements.

I believe Roosh is making these videos so that people outside our sphere can start to be exposed to and think about what is going on. I believe that the current immigration laws are a major problem and that more people need to know the agenda behind them.

The first issue with the video is that there are lots of Americans, particularly on the coast, that will see the many of the buildings and people and conclude there is no problem. Watch it with the sound down. It looks like any "normal" major US city.

To fix this, some photos of the area as it was in the 60s, 70s, and 80s would be very helpful. Was this community really bustling?

The next suggestion would be to ask these non-white people if they are US Citizens. That alone would be eye opening. I wonder how many Yesses and Nos we would get?

Follow up questions could be:

Do you want to become a citizen?
What about America do you like?
Do you consider yourself an American?
What do you want the US to be in the future?

We don't have to be incendiary to get the point across, but if you're brave you can step it up with:

How many white neighbors do you have?
How long have you lived here?
What do you do for a living?
Do you think this place is better or worse than it was a decade ago?
What's your view of local law enforcement?
What do you think of Donald Trump?
Do you know any republicans?

I think your narrative and conclusions are very valuable, Roosh, but hearing from people in the area themselves would be helpful. Even second hand, what does your family think about the change in the area??

It's a rather profound symbol of social regression...that a society would have such a deficit of trust and affinity for itself that it would intentionally make itself uncomfortable and unwelcoming to customers and passers-by. I'm not judging the business owners, though, they're probably just doing what makes sense for that time and place, but that in itself is something people should reflect on.

I have to say this is impressively put together. Excellent images and a clearly-understood, well-written narrative.

Quality-wise, this is as good if not better than some of the heavily-funded Public Television documentaries that get aired. I especially appreciate the well-paced editing of the video footage.

I have one suggestion, perhaps for a follow-up video. I'd like to see this put in historical context. How did the U.S. government previously handle immigration back in the early 1900s and why is it not done this way anymore?

From what I know, back when the government first started allowing immigrants to settle in the U.S., it only let each group in for a few decades, the shut the door, so to speak.

This assured that each ethnic group had time to assimilate and that their numbers weren't so big that they'd affect the population in a big way.

I grew up in an Italian-American family and NEVER actually met an Italian immigrant. EVER. That's because the government had long stopped immigration from Italy by the time even my parents were born. Italian immigrants only came to America in large numbers from the late 1800s to the 1920s (if that long).

Even then, though, you still had Italian-American ghettos in parts of New York City. But by the 1960s, people moved to the suburbs and by the time I was in high school and college, we were all watching (and relating to) "Family Ties" and "90210."

In between listening to our Beastie Boys CDs and going to Springsteen concerts, we never stopped to even think about WHY there was no steady influx of Italians into the country. It never occurred to my brothers and I (or my folks, for that matter) that there be a continuous, Italian-American presence in terms of "New Americans." The word "multiculturalism," if even invented back then, never came up.

This is significant. All of us identified as Americans. And, as such, we able to live in suburbia, go to college, get degrees, and prosper. Some of us even became nitpickers regarding the proper use of the English language (ahem).

But the larger issue is that if we had been dealing with and/or competing with more and more Italians throughout our lives, our lives would have turned out differently. I think we'd have been marginalized from the mainstream and had less opportunity.

So, in conclusion to this rather long-winded rant, the question isn't "Why the immigration?" but "Why the massive numbers?" The former we've always had. The latter is wholly unprecedented.

I agree with you that most of the Italian immigration to the U.S. happened in the late 19th and early 20th century, but I grew up with Italian immigrants and first generation Italian Americans right alongside the third and fourth generation Italian Americans. I doubt I grew up with any Italians whose families had been here for more than four generations.

To the poster asking about how Langley Park was in past decades, it was traditionally a heavily Jewish community with a lot of modest single story brick single family homes. A lot of black Americans displaced the Jewish population and stayed there until the 80's when a lot of Hispanic immigrants, mostly from El Salvador, started moving there. This continued until the community became predominantly Hispanic and has long been the D.C. area community with the largest percentage of Hispanic residents. It has changed very little since I moved here in 2003.
