A few years ago (3-4) it was clear who the EE student workers were on the East coast (Maine, NY) because they would make steady eye contact with me, one even flirted by waving and smiling directly at me as I walked by the shop she was working at. Keep in mind this was out in public not in a social setting. Their approach wasn’t even close to being subtle. Unthinkable that a US chick would do that these days .

It could have been due to the fact that they were away from home, but they certainly initialed contact in a way US women tended not to.

All I know is that they were from EE or FSU.

In what EE countries do girls still initiate contact this way?

It's no secret on this forum that you're more likely to get checked out in ALL EE/SEA/LatAm countries than Anglosphere countries.

My personal experience is that girls in Bulgaria tend to give me a lot of looks, much more than in other EE countries.

Making a move afterwards is a different story ...

Not exactly EE but in Sweden, a girl will straight up come and open you in the club if she likes you.

Keep in mind that it's almost exclusively Swedish bloodline cats who do this. Only got opened once by an immigrant woman here in my life.

Yeah Sweden is definetely no EE.

I've been to Latvia, Slovakia, Czech Republic... and all girls check me out and give me looks.

I'm latin american so it's different.

So the best answer to your question is: in any country where your look it's not what they're used to.

It hasn't changed much. If the city is extremely touristic girls won't be flirting as much anymore, cause they are used to seing foreign man. That was my experience in Prague.

England is one, the other I believe is called Australia. Ohh, do not forget cities like DC or Toronto, you will get eye-raped and women will approach you like a kids in a candy store. Enjoy your time brah.

I'm not even sure who is being serious and who is screwing around and I think that this is a legitimate topic/question. As far as girls actually approaching you, of the places I have been, it is most likely to happen in the United States, especially the western United States. As far as Latin American, I don't get approached that much, but it happens most often in Mexico and least often in the Dominican Republic and Colombia. That being said, both the Dominican Republic and Colombia are overall much easier for me than Mexico, so go figure that one out. As far as indicators of interest without the girl actually approaching, I really don't notice a big difference among different cities or countries.

I would not say Australia girls show that much interest in public.

When I was there I remember my American friend saying that it was very different. I did not see any looks at
me and I'm not an ugly dude (not a super model either).

But I definetely got some looks in EE. Most countries I went to, if they had no latin influence like (Romania).
