Return of Kings has decided to add a regular podcast to its lineup of features. Hosted by myself, this will allow an entire new dimension to the ROK experience.

In this first episode, there’s a brief news roundup before discussion about Reggie Yates, the BBC, Sweden’s immigration policies, and some weightlifting advice for older men.

I think you need more than one person. No offense to Quintus, he's great when paired with Roosh but Quintus just talking by himself it sounds almost NPR in terms of cadence.

I think this makes sense. Probably explains why TV news broadcasts usually have two anchors who alternate, or one anchor who only introduces the pieces the reporters voice themselves.

Great podcast.

I could listen to just Quint all day, but I agree that adding a second person to bring the energy up a bit would make it more appealing to more people.

Quint is a the big hitter intellectually but someone with a vibe like Gavin Mcinnes could be the commentator.

I enjoyed it too, found it useful and interesting.
I can see how some of the younger guys on here might prefer the more uptempo laugh a minute vibe of someone like McInnes but Quintus' calm composed thoughtful demeamour also works fine for myself and am sure plenty of men who frequent RoK.
