I could have sworn that Nomad Capitalist was a Red-Piller, but maybe not. In the video, he says that Cancun has very little regulation and that the low regulation has helped it grow. Maybe I'm misreading his implications, but it sounds like he's advocating Cancun as a place that is easy to start a business. I also read Sam Zell recently was expressing bullishness in Mexico, stating that he was very positive for its future (oil prices being low are only a temporary pain - they will rebound in the long run).

I know we have some members here in Mexico. What are your thoughts and experiences about starting a business in Mexico, or in some specific places like Cancun?
