I know you guys are just a bunch of shitlords typing on the internet, but I love you people. Some of the stuff you write is incredible and should be immortalized in the canon of western literature. I've done a lot of introspective thinking and self evaluation as a result of the excellent content this place puts out.

And nowhere else can the conversation jump from throatfucking club rats to discussing the intellectual merit of Chomsky without missing a beat. Merry Christmas!

One very positive effect that this forum has had on me this year is that my social media use has sunk like a stone, after realizing what a huge timesink it is and how most of it is about validating women's experiences.

I realized that it does almost nothing to help me earn money or get laid. It would be worth it if I learned anything interesting from it, but it's pretty useless in that regard as well.

I hardly miss it. New Year's resolution - to quietly drop out entirely.
