guys,

What are the best cities in eastern europe to celebrate new years? By this i mean a venue with class where there are constant beautiful women entering. and preferably a city that is not too cold (anything above -2 degrees is ok), because it would be nice to do some day gaming on January 1 in the streets, shopping centers train stations etc..

For some reason i always felt like on new years parties especially nearing midnight women tend to be much more open for approaches. So where is the best place on earth for this type of time? Any secret locations i am not aware of particularly in the balkans? or in the ex soviet states?

please share some stories if you have any from the previous new years..
