Did a search and couldn't find a related thread.

Glitches in the matrix, synchronicity, in-explainable coincidences, signs from the universe, whatever you want to call them. I wanted to open this thread to stories and also to a discussion.

Do you guys believe that it's just a statistical coincidence, or maybe on a deep level these apparent separate events are related?

For me I have a very skeptical/scientific mindset, and I try to rid my mind of bullshit.

But in my life I've had many experiences where I just can't believe it's just coincidence. I read stuff about quantum theory, for example quantum entanglement and it's just mind boggling. I think somehow our energy is directed into the world and shapes reality.

Here are a few of my experiences:

1) When I was a freshman in college my grandmother passed away. She lived overseas and I only saw her a handful of times in my life. I regretted not connecting with her more while she was alive.

Shortly after she died I took a nap and I awoke to a woman whispering my name in my ear. That same week I received a letter…it was an envelope with my name written on it but there was no letter inside…it was empty. I had just moved away to college a few months before, and not many people had my address.

Explanation: No idea, me wanting to believe.

2) It was a typical day in my mid-20s. I went to the refrigerator to get a can of soda. I remember picking it up in my hand and carrying it back with me. When I got back to my desk I looked down in my hand and it was gone. I went over the scenario repeatedly because I felt I had lost my mind. Did I just get up from the computer? Yes. Did I grab that can of soda? Yes. It was in my hand when I walked back to my desk right? Yes. Then where is it? I went back to the refrigerator and the can was there as if I never picked it up to begin with. I was completely sober.

Explanation: Glitch in the matrix.

3) This last one is what inspired me to write this thread. About two weeks ago, I read a comment by a member here, I don't remember exactly who or which thread but he wrote something like: 'Most of the elite are Luciferians and worship the devil.' I'm not a conspiracy theorist or even religious (however was raised Catholic), but I started wondering about it.

Anyway a few days later, I'm walking by this executive at work. I don't want to give too much away but he's connected not to the CEO, but close. So I walk by him and just say 'Hey how's it going', and what happened next was just odd.

He didn't say anything and just flashed me the 'hook em horns'/devil hand gesture. The guys not from Texas, he's a 50+ yo WASP type. It was weird as hell.

Explanation: Maybe he's just saying rock on or used to listen to death metal.

I have more, but wanted to keep this thread relatively short.

Any forum members got any weird stories to share? What about explanations is it just our minds tricking us or is there something more going on?

Scenario #1 - Could be a dozen different things. Nothing noteworthy

Scenario #2 - This is a somewhat normal experience. If you're lost in thought or not otherwise focused on what you're doing, it's easy to think you did something that you intended to do, but in reality you did not.

Scenario #3 - Rock on, simple as that.

If you want to see "strange" connections you can see them everyday- there are so many possible interpretations of the thousand things you see, hear, do every day that it would in fact be strange if you did not encounter these experiences. That is one part of the explanation.

The other is this:

Your mind is the "glitch in the matrix", it's nothing more than that. The story you see in your mind is not what happened in reality. It's usually very close to reality, but sometimes not at all. You won't know the difference though, that's just how your brain works.

I highly recommend watching a PBS series called "The Brain with David Eagleman", specifically the first episode called "What Is Reality". You can download it here: (I'm uploading it now, will post link) . I watched it on tv a couple months ago and it really opened my eyes to what "reality" actually is.

You'll begin to understand that what you see and think isn't always the actual objective reality (in fact, it's never actual reality)

The thing that weirds me out that happens more frequently than it should and always makes me pause a moment is...when there's a coincidence in two random things. For example, I'll be listening to something, be it a podcast or youtube or whatever, and reading or walking at the same time and the same random word or phrase will overlap from these two sources at around the same time. I'm not talking about like "and" or "the" but a unique and infrequent phrase, word set, or idea. The sources are also totally unrelated in subject or topic. This or something similar seems to happen a few times a year and I always notice. Complete coincidence I know but weird as hell.

This one happened to me just a few hours ago. I was at work making a mental calculation but saying the numbers out loud to myself. The sequence of numbers I said was, no shit, the phone number for the office I was working in.

God probably rolled back time in order to intervene to prevent death(s) in an accident of some sort, of a person or persons for whom He still has plans. No big deal. Reality isn't really real, only a persistent illusion, only God Himself is really real, as He is the Only Self Existing One.

As for the Satanists, yeah, they're everywhere, as They Live was a documentary.
