Any idea if that's direct orders from her employee? Or is it her own initiative because she can't get it done the ethical way? Either way is fucked, but they say two different things (both negative none the less) about her character.

It is how business is done in mainland wealth investment management industry from what I heared. If everyone is doing it and you don't you might just not survive there.
