I vouch for the top 4 in the list, and could probably even add Cebu City to that list as well, as of 3 years ago (in my experience) anyway. It was super easy in night game and the women were actually pretty cute with nice bodies. Also you could maybe add Pereira to that list, the women generally seemed pretty slutty, not to mention pretty nice looking. You could also add Bali to that list, where a lot of decent-looking Javanese chicks go to "work" (aka bang western tourists). I liked the Seminyak area, it's worlds classier than Kuta. Kuta is swamped with blitzed Aussies...the Cancun (for Americans) of SE Asia. But they seem to only focus on other Aussies, surprisingly...which leads to several Indo chicks with nobody to play with. And lastly there is Antigua, Guatemala. A fair amount of gringo hunters and slutty tourists, but quality can be an issue...

That's something that, from my point of view, it's pretty hard to discuss.

Say, southern brazilians find the girls from north not attractive. But those places are packed of foreigners (mainly Italians and Germans) along with some RVF members... and they love the girls over there.

Let's say it really depends the type of women you like, as GlobalMan stated.

That is the subtle point of the thread. Most girls, in non westernized countries, are easier when they are younger.
In all of those cities that I listed, 18 to 22 year olds are readily available and usually you can bang the first date or night.
The beauty about 18 to 22 year old, is as long as they are in good shape and do not have any defects....most are 7s.

I am not so much into the indian look, especially in Ecuador, Peru or Bolivia. But in Manaus, it is more mixed and even the pure indian girls look pretty sexy. It must be something about the Amazon jungle.

I haven't been to Medellin in more than 3 years, though my younger brother went at the beginning of 2015, and your assessment and his are similar to mine. From most accounts, Medellin has not gotten better, compared to 5 years ago.
It Is the flake capital of the world.
After you reach a certain age, it becomes more and more annoying dealing with that crap (i.e. setting up 3 or 4 dates per day).
Luckily, there are several other good cities in Colombia, from which to choose from.

As far as Western Europe goes UK is the easiest (but they are ugly)

After that I find Italy really easy to get chicks, if you speak some Italian and are an Anglo they love you. I find South Italy is easier because the men are less attractive and the girls are unemployed and bored and don't meet foreigners much.
