Now unlike what people think, I do believe that women should be allowed and have the right to work. Certain jobs are more suitable for them: hostesses, flight attendant, secretary, counsellor, painter, writer and even politics to a certain extent.

However, giving a woman a leadership position is like giving a monkey a AK-47 and expecting it to hit the target; It's a terrible idea.

My current workplace is horribly managed by a fat feminist. Her staff is filing with weirdos--there's no better word--and most decisions are not taken rationality. Soon the workplace descents into pettiness, cattiness,gossip spreading and PC-bullshit. Its all about how people feel over making profit or achieving results.

I do miss my school in my traditional culture, where I had Irish, British and German headmasters, who wouldn't fuck around. They were traditional older men who had a sense on how to run a school. They were more concentrated on achieving results and would let the boys be boys. I am afraid my experience in America has been like going to a hair salon.

I've had several female managers (classic cubicle setting) and I found roughly half were terrible and the other half were quite good. When it comes to micromanaging, line productions, etc., women aren't bad.

But the ones who are power hungry will absolutely fuck shit up.
