Tallinn should be better, but they're both great. Low competition, beautiful girls.

Don't know about both of the places but wish you best of luck for this tour, I really hope that you will have fun while you are taking the tour. Just don't forget to share your expericne with all of us after coming back from the place.

From what I heard, Tallinn seems to be the best places. Though Riga is not far behind. Hard choices....
