Someone on here said that plastic surgery would only be a temporary fix until he started back at square one. Lifting like a crazy person will naturally build his confidence along with his body image. This will also naturally improve his game.

This forum is always preaching self improvement; lifting, style, etc. Not plastic surgery.

Plastic surgery is for those who became deformed from an accident, not those who need shit added to their face for women to throw themselves at you.
