Playmate is my neighbour
So theres this damn hot playmate of the year living next to me in the same house. Solid 9ish but I wonder if I could actually bang her or not

How would you guys deal with a situation like this: she is living next to me, 9 years older than me, she is single

For some reason I feel uncomfortable with her because she lives right next to me, something i never really have with girls being in my territory

I agree with the G here. She'd probably be of much more use to you as a friend to break into her social network. Beautiful women ALWAYS know lots of other beautiful women. Unless she's giving your IOIs out the ass, just relax and try to meet her friends and get invited to their parties.
