I had an anti-flake app idea, built around a rewards system, since we all know how much chicks love consumerism.

Unique QR code generated (for the chick) when both parties agree to meet.

Chick has her QR code scanned by the guy upon meet up (a check-in confirmation).

When scanned a second time at the end of the date (to avoid flagrant misuse, encourage dates of reasonable length and give the power to the guy), chick gets reward points, that can be redeemed though participating businesses.

As a twist, reward points would be greater for each subsequent date, to not incentivise carousal riding.

Guy has the option of refusing to scan if he gets SIF'd etc.

I saw the app creator on some Vice episode about Online Dating (evolution of dating…something like that). He looks like a creep and a loser. I would say he's a virgin. He hired two girls to take that picture and I checked reviews of the app and everybody says the app is full of fake profiles.

Making an app that actually makes it so men can get exactly what they want is not going to be profitable enough.

The magic of this app, even if it's technically broken because actually trying to land legit threesomes on here would be like trying to use snake oil, is that is cashes in on what is big right now: male thirst and female validation.

How about an application/website that reminds women of where they really stand in the sexual marketplace?

All users in a geographical region rank all the other users by selection "meet", "maybe meet" or "don't meet." The users who receive the most interest are ranked at the top and the users who receive the least interest are ranked at the bottom. The software then matches the users with comparable ranks and schedules them blind dates at a time that suits both parties at an affiliated restaurant and both parties pre-pay for their portion of a set menu for two via credit card.

I don't know much about Tinder, for me, dating sites are sufficiently hi-tech. These days I am in a VLTR (the V is for very) that started by a chance meeting and that I have no plan to ever terminate. (I did not know anything about "game" those days, not sure the PUA job description even existed back then.) But I met a lot of short term partners through classified personals and I was involved in one of the earliest computerized match-making platforms. That was in the days of punch cards and batch processing that may sound prehistoric to some of the men here. Our customers filled questionnaires about themselves and what they were looking for, and the computer was supposed to match them up. It fizzled out for several reasons, but we let it go mainly because we allowed our customers to demand too much and as a result it was impossible to match anybody; for instance the vast majority of women wanted marriage as a condition to intimacy and a (smaller) majority of our male customers demanded that there be no linkage of that sort. The only way around that would be to ignore the questionnaires altogether and we were not hungry enough to stoop to that. Back to the subject at hand, if I understand correctly, the new version of 3inder caters to any combination, not just FMF, but this group (and yours truly) is only into FMF, right? Well, my personal experience over the years has always been that it is damn hard to find an F to join a couple to form FMF: for me, it only ever worked if both F's were already in something like FWB relationship with me. I often had a significant other who was willing to participate in FMF--this is the case right now, for instance--but we could not find the other partner. Classified personals and later online searches for that purpose yielded precious few potential F partners, but for every hint of one of those, at least a dozen F's who later revealed that they actually represented a couple who were looking for the exact same thing (which meant, of course, that nothing came out of it). And for every F who represented a couple, we had to push away about 3 M's who thought that we might agree to MFM just because we were looking for FMF. I suspect it is so difficult to find an F by such methods for a very simple reason: truly bisexual F's who might form a full triangle of lust with a couple are not only rare and far in between, but in addition they are in such high demand that they may find it very easy to make such connections in real life, without resorting to a computerized service. Simple. If so, 3inder may still flourish but only MFM seekers will be satisfied customers. In other words, not for us.
