Awesome video's but I have to say I agree with this crazy broad. I hate it when guys like this are such pussy's they can't ride their bike in the road and then I have to worry about them hitting me while I'm trying to enjoy a relaxing stroll. In general there's a lot of timidity, but for the retail situations shown there's another factor in play: employees who fight back against a beligerent customer open themselves up to being fired by the company(happens semi-frequently) or the company being sued by the employee.

The correct procedure to take in all these situations whether it's a man or woman is to pretend you don't know the crazy person and quickly disappear into the crowd.

Then you exit the building and get a taxi right away. Then on the way back to your residence you block the number, and all forms of social media with that person. If they have keys to your place then change the locks asap and maybe notify building security they are no longer welcome.

Just act like they don't even exist after that and all this shit never happened.
