Best City in E.Europe To Visit (for a wk)?
Never been to E.Europe. Speak only English. 35 yrs old. Just booked a flight to Kiev for a week and looking for one other city to visit for a week at the end of Oct.

Recommendations?

Criteria:
1) Hot girls
2) Low cost
3) minimum crime
4) minimal language barriers for an English speaker
