Anything that says give this a little longer to see if you like it.

I really think even if you end up sticking with something and starting to like it, in today's age whether it is a friend, girl, city, or job there are too many options for a Western educated man to not seek each one in which he clicks right away. By sticking with something that doesn't truly pull you in you really are accepting second best. Laziness is really the culprit.

Stay with an abundance mentality in all areas. There is no good in thinking "this will get better soon". Make it better now. On all fronts.

Especially true with people. I have never in 30 years met a man or woman where I really grew to like them more after having a good 10 minute conversation with them. If I like and get along with them I can tell right away. When I walk away from that first meeting I feel energized by spending time with them.

However plenty have had interesting traits they show off the first few times I meet them that delude me into thinking the well runs deeper when it does not. I really believe you only need 10 minutes to take in a person's personality to see if they fit in your life. With more wisdom I listen to that gut feeling in my stomach that says "this isn't a person to spend time with" even if they seem interesting off the bat. The glimmer will wear off soon enough anyways.

I've been nearly only steak since 28 May (occasional fish, chicken, beer, and random ice cream) for meals.

Bullshit. Part of a lazy, complacent mindset. Just being 'you' is worthless. You wanna be building and growing all the time.

Strive to become a better man each and every single day. If you ain't heading somewhere you're heading nowhere. Personal growth and progression should be a constant 24/7 endeavour. Sure, enjoy life and take it in or whatever but remember that whilst you are resting there is somebody out there putting the pieces in place to go and take the opportunities that you are chasing.

This is probably the worst advice we give to kids and people looking for a date. Nothing worse than a 12 year old that stands out from the crowd.

Great advice for adults who actually have a personality - interests, career, hobbies, experiences.

How old are you? Getting young girls (under 25) being under 45 is still easier. Over 45 is hard, i.e. the age you could be their dad.

Males fall into 2 categories for sperm release.

1 some men release sperm in their pre-cum and can get girls pregnant before ejaculation.

2. Some men only release sperm at ejaculation.

I think I remember reading it was 70-30 with more releasing sperm all the time, even in pre-cum.

I'm luckily in the later group.

The cowper gland produces precum, sperm is made by something else. Your precum alone doesn't have sperm in it unless it picks up residual sperm leftover in your urethra. Pulling out should work fine
