The only certain way to grow taller that I have heard after puberty is a cosmetic surgery that involves breaking your legs and lengthening them.

After a few years of heavy weight training for rugby I started to notice a decrease in upper body flexibility, so I took up light yoga to help remedy this. I do about 5min a day of mostly back orientated stretches, most days a week. I grew just under 1" (measured) after a month or two of this, which I've since maintained.

I'd wager this was mostly down to reversing the gradual spinal compression from years of lifting heavy weights, though. I'm not sure how much benefit someone who hadn't compressed their spine from exercise would get from doing similar. But it is something to keep in mind for anyone who trains heavy.
