People thought Komatiite was being serious? Kind of reminds me of how The Onion gets angry emails, or the response to Roosh's 'make rape legal' article. I think its humour was mediocre, but it's clearly attempted leftism mimicry.

I also need to apologise. I thought you were quoting an article and I was making fun of the person I thought you were quoting. I should have read more carefully. It's very telling that it's becoming more and more difficult to distinguish reality from satire - I can actually imagine someone being this stupid these days. It was actually a very clever piece of satire. You should absolutely stick around on this forum.

I thought his post was obviously meant as satire and was surprised people got upset. But at least it shows people care about this forum, and are willing to admit being to quick to judge. Rare things these days.

As for Komatiite, I have been feeling the same way about what I've been reading online. But maybe it's time to take action instead of ignoring it.
