Official city limits, yes. The suburban districts spoken of in that article (like Kiel) are part of the city, the stadium of the Antwerp football club Beerschot is called 'Het Kielstadion' for reference.

Once you go outside the cities towards the villages it's still 95% native people, luckily. However, the mid tier cities like Aalst, Kortrijk, Mechelen, ... are getting their fair share of enrichment too. Sooner or later the same fate awaits those cities. The schools in Aalst are literally getting invaded by migrant kids from Brussels because there is not enough place in Brussels and Aalst is basically the closest city. Trump recently called Brussels a hellhole, and rightfully so.

And boom right in time, NATO and US have started shifting the blame of migrant crisis on Russia. I expect some sort of reaction soon either way. Will keep a close eye on that.

I had to make a presentation in my history class on the national identity and statehood of Czech Republic. Oddly, the instructor was actually a fair bit nationalist which is I am surpised to see at a Canadian University. There was not much of an opposition to the points made by the Czech President in his Christmas 2015 speech.

The instructor oddly enough thought it was a very good video as it shows someone important speaking about the identity of the Czech people. She said that it was topical and current. I wanted to make a point that European national identity in the Czech Republic is very different than the policy put in place by Merkel in Germany.

I also mentioned Hungary's epic win policy of putting up the fences. There has been a shift at my university, even in the last 6 months, from being all happy and supportive of migrants to more of a cautious approach in the classes I have taken so far. Its rather interesting.




I even made the point that I wanted to travel to Europe but as it stands now I would not enjoy it.I would not want to feel foreign in places that I should feel some kind of ancestral connection to.

I made the point that if the Czech Republic leaves the EU it might as well been a waste of time and effort to join in the first place as its not even been 12 full years since it joined.

Its a very interesting and quite depressing topic to speak about but I have noticed that some of my fellow students have been moving towards being more accepting of the ideas of a more benign European Nationalism.

As well as that I made the point in the question segment that Canada's status of being a Canadian is more now an idea or "construct" rather than being a an actual ethnicity. One point I wanted to make was that if a Czech or German, whatever, town becomes 80% Arab it would still be what it is was geographically but it would no longer be "German".

It will not just be 'families' coming to Canada specifically. I made the point that the new comers would want extended family to come over and that could be a lot of people to sponsor for citizenship or make the claim that they are refugees as well. The whole situation is rather concerning and I do not like how the Trudeau the Younger's government is handling things.

And.. This video is also important to my case study actually. I wanted to show it at my presentation but I did not have time. I think someone on here actually put it up a long time ago.
