- If you have more than a handful of women and she is not physically sick, command-eject and throw her ass under the bus. Practicing this every now and then helps retain a mental and emotional edge.

- If you have less than a handful of plates spinning, put her at the end of the line and cut her off. If you are into her, in 4-6 weeks set something up at your leisure.

- She has at least one more back door man.

- Self-introspection is in order. Look in the mirror. You have most probably lost your frame.

- Go out and approach more women and add to your harem.
