I read a study once on patient satisfaction with plastic surgery procedures; the most satisfied patients were ones that had the issue of a sense of shame attached to a specific feature -- eg. big nose, big ears, etc,. rather than vague overall dissatisfaction with pre-operative appearance.

The most satisfied patients did have a measurable boost in confidence due to getting their procedures done, but only if they were ashamed of that specific feature before the operation.

Given your specific situation it sounds like you'd have a good turnout.

I had a nose job done about 10 years ago - one of the best decisions I ever made. I had a sloping hawkish nose, which I always hated. Although some girls liked it, it kept me from getting as much trim as I could have. I got tired of always telling myself, "It's what's on the inside, etc." I just accepted the brutal red pill reality that symmetry matters in terms of facial design, and I pulled the trigger.

One of the best decisions of my entire life.

How did you pick surgeon?

I got a recommendation from a friend who spoke highly of a guy. I went to see the Doctor and I was the only guy in the room; literally, there were thirty women there (for every plastic surgery imaginable) and then me.

I think you guys are too quick to judge

One of my friends had an over/under bite (i can't remember which one) but it made his face look a little weird. It was due to him not having his allergies treated until he was 20 (lazy parents) which caused him to breathe with his mouth open 24/7. He got surgery to correct it because he was having pain while chewing and he went from a 6/10 to an 8/10 once the swelling went away after about 2 months.

He's 30 now and his only regret is not doing it sooner who knows how much pussy he missed out on

Same with hair loss, my dad tried something where they suck the fat from stomach, extract the adult stem cells then inject it back to the scalp. He could pass for late 30's or early 40's now if he was single he could pull. Without his hair he looks mid 50s and kinda creepy.

Women wear makeup, fake hair, eyelash extensions, wonder bras, girdles, get botox, boob jobs, ass injections, steroid shots for acne control, etc because they know looks matter

For guys, red pill helps, being alpha helps, losing weight, lifting heavy as shit, all good. But we all know looks matter too.

No shame in being 40, looking 30, and pulling 20 year olds with the help of a minor procedure or two. Society may shame you, but they'll also shame you into settling down with a 40 year old hag who hates that you even exist.

Phoenix some of us didn't follow the standard template here and got married young. By 49 I will be truly available for the first time since I was 22. I am in a complicated situation and marginally available now but I've lost 80 lbs and hit the weights, take T/HCG and a Nitric Oxide stack. You might consider getting on some light TRT like 150mg T a week, an AI and Hgh. This will increase the collagen in your skin and tighten up loose skin as well over time.

I got a mole removed from my forehead today.. it wasnt really a worry-sum mole I just did it for cosmetic reasons. It was pretty gross I could see smoke coming up and smell a shitty smell during the quick procedure . Its looks like hell now but in a month or two it should be much less noticeable.

Hey Everyone,

I've had plastic surgery 3 times. The first was back in 2011 when I was just 20 years old. It was an abdominoplasty. I had another surgery that was in 2014 for the good 'ole love handles. And I recently had my third for the dreaded man boobs this past September.

It was expensive.

It was painful.

But it is absolutely worth it.

I'm busy at the moment, but I will post pictures soon and how I decided on a surgeon, what the pros and cons are, how much the procedures cost, what healing and recovery looks like, the emotional side effects (yes, this is a serious issue, I was very depressed afterwards), the results, and what's next.

I gave that process a go and I lost over 90 pounds. However, I also lost the weight in a very unhealthy way, and I lost the weight in a little over 2 months. The body is not able to properly adopt fast enough, and as a result, I was left with what looked like a spare tire around my stomach, and saggy man boobies.

Oh wow, thats a very large amount of weight loss. Getting the surgery makes perfect sense so.

It was just from your first post I thought you were simply getting the plastic surgery as a shortcut, but in your case it was obviously required after the weight loss.

I'd say your life must have changed massively positively between the combination of the initial weight loss and the subsequent surgery. Good work.

What he said. <b>On men, </b>if you have a major deformity, cleft palate, huge mole etc I would say go for it. Other than that, think of Michael Jackson or Donatella Versace who both could afford the best and see how they ended up. Confidence and social skills a/k/a "game" will do 100 times more for you than plastic surgery. There are plenty of men with facial wrinkles, bald etc. who
do quite well.
