I didn't find a reference to this poster and associated outcry on the forum:

Jake and Josie hooked up. Josie could not consent. The next day Jake ws charged with RAPE.

This is about yet another mind-boggling yes means yes double standard poster: in their narrative, two drunks college kids did the nasty, but only the female couldn't consent. So naturally the guy is charged with rape, because reasons.

The critical response to it on reddit and other outlets is promising; the SJWs narrative may have peaked, they may be starting to lose mindshare and people see their scare tactics for what they are.

I don't think there's a legal definition of "intoxicated" for cases of rape. So you can be convicted if she literally had one drink.

It's odd that drunkenness is actually a DEFENSE in many cases since, if you're drunk, you can't form intent to commit a crime...basically the reverse of not being able to give consent. Yet, for rape, one drink makes her completely unable to form a coherent thought, and he has the same function as being completely sober.

If she can't give consent, he can't give intent...

I bet if you changed the poster to Jake was Drunk, Josie was sober, Jake could not consent it would end with....Josie ended up pregnant and having baby that Jake never wanted. Jake was eventually charged with failure to pay child support.

I can't believe this is an actual poster. I can't believe a college paid for this.

Nor can I believe young guys today enter college and swallow this crap without major, major protest.

This is MILES away from any of the information we Gen X-ers received when we entered college. No one back then would ever have conceived of the idea that only men were responsible for their actions when drunk. A good reason for that is the Gen X women would have protested, saying they weren't children and were very able to hold their own alongside the men, thank you.

Why would the women have said that? Because instinctively, they knew just where this school of thought would lead. Let a few years pass, and women are gradually going to not be taken seriously as fully-grown adults.

Because you can't on the one hand claim women are equal, then turn around and say they're children. This will gradually alter people's opinions on women's place in the world and workplace. This will create blowback. It probably has already in ways I'm not yet seeing.

Once again in three-part harmony: I can't believe this poster is real.

A frat that really wanted to make a point could do the following:

1. Advertise a giant all out party

2. When people show up, have the poster plastered everywhere

3. Refuse to serve drinks to women and kick out women caught drinking based on the rationale that any woman who has even a sip of alcohol loses her consent and the frat needs to protect her from rapists.

4. Watch the shit hit the fan.

5. When all the SJW's go crazy, invite Roosh to come and give a speech to the frat brothers.
