So I met this New Zealand girl at a tango class on Wednesday, she seemed cool and somewhat into me. We go to this tango show on Friday and again she seems cool and the convo is good so I start getting touchy feely with her little by little. She says I don't seem American and that I'm very affectionate and says she's not like that. She doesn't reject the touches or anything and I even held her hand and played with her hair and scratched the back of her head, she only felt slightly weird out and said "that's something I feel is very intimate." She asked me if I'm that affectionate with all my friends, I said "I'm a pretty affectionate guy" idk it was weird she seemed so cold. I didn't end up trying to kiss her, I didn't even like her that much, she was a 6.5 maybe.

I don't know maybe she wasn't into me who knows.

That sounds fairly typical of a NZ girl. In their minds that sort of attention is only ok when drinking (fallback excuse if they change their mind?).
