Russian Sergey Kirilov, aged 26, announced online that he would kill himself on Skype depending on how many people wanted to see it. Well, apparently enough responded, with some comments released from the dozens who came to watch

There is a dearth of mental health services and psychopharmacology in Russia. People with mental illness often go untreated. Aside from the beautiful women, life can be hard in Russia. The life expectancy for a man is under 60, as I recall reading.
