Well there is a precedent for 'looks trolling', and these types have a strong tedency to just keep going on and on about it, treating the forum like a shoulder to cry on rather than as a place to get advice to act on. I suppose the mods don't want the forum to attract crybabies who don't want to improve themselves like happierabroad or puahate.

I believe OP should not have been banned. If he is fat he can overcome his body limitations by working out but certain facial features cannot be overcome (unless one does serious facial surgery which carries its own sever risks).
Take for example actor Steve Buscemi (famous for Sopranos, Boarwalk on HBO). If he were not an actor I doubt he could attract many women above a 6 barring great game....SO I was kind of interested in this Shangri La concept for ugly guys. Speaking of that due to my extensive travels I have noticed that in Ukraine & Belarus this is especially evident, majority of the guys are dating up. Now, game is still required as a lot of the local guys are pretty alpha and quite physical however they are not pretty boys so for those who are ugly (physical deformity such as scars, or maybe a crooked nose due to fights) then traveling overseas would be worth it.

2) Says he couldn't get laid in Bogota 20 years ago, even though Escobar and the FARC turned it into a goddamned war zone in the 90s.
3) Claims Colombia, the most beauty-obsessed country in the world, is better for ugly guys than the Philippines.
4) Travels around the third world to find girls, but goes 16 years without getting laid.

To be honest, it doesn't take much for a man to be attractive looks-wise.

You would be suprised at what a good modern haircut, a trip to a stylist + new clothes and a tan can do to your appearance. If you start working out your skin will also look better.

Unless you're horrifically facially disfigured or a midget, you shouldn't let your looks get in the way. If you are disfigured and have the money, try and get surgery.

Inner game is king, if you believe you're ugly, others will also see you as ugly. If you believe you're hot and carry yourself with confidence, others will see you as hot.

Major issues with OP.

Definitely inner game related.

An ugly guy is a good looking guy with an ugly outlook that he embraced consistently rather than self improvement. Like anything, passing of time and this very consistency gets him uglier and uglier on the outside, body language and fitness being the primary recipients of it.

Then about 16 years of consistent negativity later, he decides to further waste time by creating a thread about it on the last place he should.

Yeah I just wish there was some way to intervene early in cases like this. So many lives are thrown away because otherwise healthy-bodied young men are not imbued with the correct knowledge and philosophy to succeed in life. It's very sad really. I'd like a superpower where I can see a blue circle floating above the heads of misinformed young men so I could spot them and offer to set them off on the right path.

From one ugly guy to another:

EDIT: saw that he got banned after posting this, my bad.

I'm a dark brown skinned sub-continental guy, my face is asymmetrical, my jaw is slightly deformed and my nose slants off to an angle cause that's just how it was made, plastic surgery would be difficult on my salary and quite risky when I consulted with the plastic surgeon 2 years ago.

I'm shorter than average, shorter than most girls, to the point where I used to lie about my height cause I was insecure about, but now I don't cause I'm over it. I used to even abuse my own race, but I'm over it.

So I still get the occasional BJ or get the occasional lay, and this is in Melb, Australia of all places where fat chicks can get good looking guy and footy players(high status men of Australia) date/marry 35+ year old models.

Basically I stopped caring when I built up value for myself in other way:

I found my dream career( nursing), I hit the gym and got ripped, I dress very well, I styled my hair( I'm balding now, so I just shave it off haha).

But most importantly I accept that women are just one part to life, not the be all and end all of life.
And like every man, we are all good at something and suck at something else. I suck at getting hot women because I never hit the genetic lottery, but great at taking care of sick people and playing the guitar and making friends.

And you have to be realistic and drop your ego. If you are not great looking or famous, then don't expect to get a slim young hot white chick. won't happen.

Most of the girls I hooked up with are very average, some chubby, and some fat chicks, but when you don't hit the genetic lottery, your best bet is to settle and aim for other purposes that fulfill you.

It is not worth wasting the negative energy, you will just feel unnecessary pain you don't need. Let go of the pursuit of hot women, you could waste those efforts in helping people or finding inner peace in other ways.

There is no Shangri-La, except in the fantasies of pussy starved guys. It's like when you hear "Where can I get rich and get laid fast at the same time, bros?". Nowhere, that's where. You need to build up your attractiveness step by step – which in your case would mean a lot of stepping. But you can get there if you try. Think of it this way: for every single step you take, it's going to feel better when you finally get there than for some guy who got it easy.

I think OP sounds like most of his problems are on the inside. I've seen lots of young, good looking guys in Asia with ugly girls, because their mindset hasn't changed from the West, where they were worth next to nothing. They just need to go and grab it, but they don't. Hell Mark Zuckerberg has a plain and fat asian GF, and he's a youngish, fit, quite good looking 99.9% IQ billionaire. Some of those inside problems might not be easily curable, they might be neurological/genetic. The reason why we like beauty is it often says something about our genes. But if you can move anywhere and improve yourself, and aren't too old, you can still get good results.

If men don't believe in themselves, women won't either. You've lost your faith in yourself, and you're negative. Even in the world's worst shitholes, women are put off by that. Try some ayahuasca, san pedro, acid or mushrooms instead of oxy. If anything can get rid of your negativity fast, that would be it.

Volunteer. In fact, setting up a volunteer organisation by yourself might be a great way to get positive, meet lots of people and improve life for people around you. I've known several depressed people on the brink of suicide who started doing a lot of volunteer work and helping people, and suddenly they're happy. If you're smart enough to lead and run something as well, it's a lot better. Don't underestimate the amount of ugliness that can be forgiven from a leader who dedicates their lives to helping others.

Why do guys still believe "ugly" = "no girls"?

I've seen BUSTED DUDES with HOTTIES in every country I've been to, including highly developed first world places.

OP talking about asian girls not being into ugly guys... haha. Take a peek into some of the hi-so social circles and your head will explode. POWER is what they gravitate to. Power does not equal symmetrical features or square, jaw, lol.

Looks (as in, facial appearance, height) are one fragile form of value. Looks alone will get you second-rate girls who want the validation of "getting a hot guy" and that's it.

More durable forms of value:

Social dominance.
Absolute charm.
Rock solid self-confidence.
Highly sexualised character.
"Alpha-ness": leading, escalating, handling tests, firm boundaries.
Dancing ability.
Powerful Physique (many different forms - can be wiry, athletic, thick, muscular, etc... just has to look like you're a "force of nature", not a fat or sick slob)
Highly well connected.
Intimidating, makes other guys react.
Life and soul of the party.

An "ugly" guy scoring high on a few of these will get what he wants.

Girls love POWERFUL guys, if you're ugly they will think you're "cute" or "look interesting" if you are also powerful in some dimension.

Count money as a another fragile one too, that will only get you second-rate girls chasing $$$ or lifestyle upgrades if you rely on it and nothing else. Although it's often correlated with forms of power, so it's a useful proxy.
