He is often on but also missing some key elements.
Take the episode where he talks to a male stripper, he was straight surprised to find out women buy some men drinks.

I tend to think his experience is from just that, experience. In the end he used that experience to get married, which I don't find objectionable. But it does leave him lacking in many aspects of game and he is hit or miss with some of the deeper aspects of female psyche. He has focused on a single goal and for that goal his technique works.
So, you can take what he says then adjust it or keep it as is (depending on your goal) but it is still valuable information none the less.
