So this a very minor point but I'm hoping you guys can help me brainstorm some ideas.

I've seen it suggested a few times that a good way to keep up the kino is to show the girl some pictures on your phone, related to something you're talking about, and move in next to her. I've used this a couple times (great if you get stuck sitting across from one another) with a picture of my cute-as-fuck dog but that's about it. I would think there are tons of possibilities with topics that often pop up in getting to know you type chats. The problem is that I've never been much of a picture taker and I have like 7 photos on my phone, so never really have the opportunity. I'm thinking stuff like cool shots of places I've been, interesting crap back at my crib (strong potential on this one) and maybe siblings.

Any other ideas?

If you want to play the phone picture angle, then I think that you should get in the habit of taking a lot of pictures from your phone... surely it is easy these days, and almost any topic can seem interesting if you attempt to make it interesting.

You can even take selfies and also take pictures of you with the girl that you are talking with about pictures... As long as you can weave in some topic, and then say you have a picture of it or something similar, then surely those can be great avenues of conversation.. yet in the end, you gotta have more than a few pictures.. sometimes music or dance or almost anything can be areas in which you share interests, as long as you make the topic interesting.....

Having 7 pictures on your phone is nowhere near sufficient in the pictures category, so you better get taking pictures... maybe start out with taking pictures of your breakfast.. and then several a day.. in no time you will be taking videos and experimenting and even generating your own areas of expertise about what you find interesting (and if you find it interesting, then that is probably what is most important for you to generate interest from others).

This is interesting, because I'm sure you know quite a lot of the guys here say they can show chicks some pictures they have back at their place, to get them to come back to their house/flat.

However, you could have some pictures on your phone for conversation. Photos from your travels or of you doing interesting things would probably be the best.

I agree, but I guess the point that I was making is that the pictures can be about almost anything including some of the most mundane things.. such as what you were eating... and sometimes you can even take the picture from a certain angle, and say, "isn't that interesting, I would NOT think that was bacon... you know that bacon goes with almost anything?""" etc etc.

2 weekends ago I was at club XS in Vegas on a Saturday night and I took a 20 second video clip of people going wild in around a pool to Zedd's set. It's worked really well with the few girls I've showed it to recently.

You know that I used to have a 13 pounds Maltese dog, and for about the first year of her life, on about a weekly basis I would take several pictures and videos of her. Sooner or later, I realized that if I took a lot of pictures in a series, then some of them would come out really great... and, if I chose, I could delete the rest of them.

These days, storage space is becoming so available, and phone cameras are really pretty decent, and the combination of that allows us to really experiment (at almost no additional cost, except for the time we invest) with these kinds of photo shooting and incorporating that into our socializing with girls, or whoever happens to be interested in whatever topic we are discussing and we happen to have a photo to illustrate a certain point about the topic.
