0 date bang question.
So I've been chatting with this woman online who seems really into me, though she lives at some distance. She's seen a ton of pictures and knows what I look like and we've talked on the phone, etc. The distance isn't too bad. Maybe 2.5 hours or so driving.

She wants to meet soon as she has responsibilities at the end of the summer and doesn't have that long to play around. Maybe next week or the week after.

She's been giving me the "well let's meet halfway in some place for drinks and we could see how we hit it off and..." and "I have this other date set up for the weekend that I don't really want to do but..." blah blah. There's no place that's in any way interesting halfway between us to meet, really. I live in a fantastic major metro area with tons of shit to do and she lives in the middle of nowhere. She is hot as fuck and I'm guessing that she was drawn to me because the dudes in her quasirural area are all turds. At least, she tells me that she's been pretty disappointed lately.

Maybe this is a good online dating strategy in general? For metro areas that border rural cultural wastelands, expand your search out a few hours driving to find hot girls trapped in the country by circumstance?

I know she is really DTF by how she's been talking to me and frankly, I don't want to take all this effort and drive an hour and a half to meet up in the middle of nowhere for coffee or drinks to "see how things go" or other bullshit because I think we both know it will go fine.

If I'm honest, I don't want to do any of that crap. What I'd really like is to get her to a nice hotel in the city or my place (preferably the former) ASAP and spend about a week banging, watching Netflix together, and eating take-out. Idea

So. How to play it? I've never attempted anything of this magnitude before and am a little scared of wrecking everything by the wrong approach. I have a bit of time to work with, though.

Edit: You know what? Fuck it. I think the best strategy with this chick is to go all in and basically tell her straight up pretty much (in gentler language) what I said in the second paragraph above this one. If she balks, then it probably wouldn't have worked out anyway? Maybe the stuff about meeting halfway is just shit testing to see if I have the balls to state what I (and she) really want.

This.

When you over think, invest everything, the battle is sometimes lost and ending up with nothing never feels good. The point my friend always makes is, only a bang means anything...everything else is just emotional chatter...and emotions change from one minute to the next.

I think you have two options...

A) Make a reasonable excuse for her to come to yours (it's cheaper, it's easier, you can show her round, you've just got a new tv/fishtank/grandfather clock etc that you want to show her) - don't overdo it, or try and persuade her, just suggest it, offer one reason and play it easy, and even if rejected at first, suggest it more than once. Don't include anything sexual, innuendo or even hint at it. You can even play the..theres a sofa/spare bed card...this gives her a plausible excuse, and makes her a little bit uncertain if anythings going to happen and gives you home advantage along with being indirect...and then you can make a move in person.

B) Just invite her to your house...and make it obvious it's to bang. Then she basically has to turn you down. It's totally direct, I doubt the guys that she's been dating do this, unless they do it in a creepy way. Just invite her to yours over a phone call and shut up. Whatever she says...your reply should be Ok. If she rejected it, wait a few days and bring it up again. Don't reason, or beg or justify.

Good luck Smile

Thank you for confirming my thoughts, sir.

Well, I kind of figured it out on my own, didn't I? Banana

I feel like I want to contact her tonight. I feel like if I don't she may fade away. The thirst is real. But...I'm going to try to stay strong and resist for a bit before I make my suggestion. It may serve me better in the end.
