House of Representatives votes. This is still a possibility because in a lot of states, electors can do whatever the fuck they want - at least one, maybe two Clinton electors have gone on record that they will not vote for Hillary.

But this is a scenario for another day (I've given a lot of thought to it, cross that bridge when we get there)
