Sardino: I feel your pain with the women, yet it's great that you have a great attitude about persisting. If you can get laid in Vitoria, you'll be able to get laid anywhere in Brazil.

Then you may be fine. Sure, it may be still illegal there, but just a website would attract significantly less attention than a full-fledged pimping operation.

Beware, however, which domains you have registered, and in which country. Some country authorities can actually "seize" your domain even without the court decision (USA has been doing it quite a lot recently, for example), so make sure you have your base covered.
