I haven't been to NA but I've slept with a few American girls.

Using my own experiences, I was able to map my flags almost completely across Eurasia barring that elusive Indian flag. The Iranian girl I met in Malaysia, the Turkish girl in Indonesia and the Pakistani girl I knew from Sydney, so I didn't get notches from all of these countries, but defo got the flag.

Edit: If I got my Jordan flag I would have been able to claim to have banged my way through to Africa as well. Amman Datashees anyone?

China borders Pakistan, so by the OP's rules, you already span Eurasia.
