For almost 10 years I've been working in an environment that involved almost exclusively one-on-one interactions with middle-aged and older folks. There were a few milfs here and there that I could've and should've slammed, but basically nothing in the way of younger chicks.

Now I'm in a completely different place with a pretty typical work environment where you can walk around and essentially go see whoever you want at any time. I can still be socially awkward around women I'm attracted to but am slowly getting better. I usually either keep my head on straight and do pretty damn well or totally lose it and come off like a complete beta loser. One problem I still have in that respect is that in the workplace it gets in my head that I'm gonna be seeing these chicks all the time, whereas at the grocery store for some reason it's much easier for me. I don't know what the best way to act around these women at work is, and I need to get a grip on that aspect so that I can start to consciously do and say the right stuff. There are 2 that I'd like to get something going with and bang outside of work.

One is a young community college student, a 7 with great body, not terribly bright and somewhat quiet and shy. I get the feeling she's only like that while she's at work due to her not being totally comfortable and worried about "not knowing what she's doing" as she put it to me once. Overall she seems like a pretty run-of-the-mill boring and immature 20ish girl. I facebook stalked her and I think she's the "country" type of chick and outgoing/adventurous with her friends. So far I've stopped by to talk with her a handful of times, not more than once or maybe twice a day, but I lost it and probably said the most stupid boring shit about work, her college classes, etc. I think she's still doable though because once in every 4 or 5 times that I walk past her I look directly at her, she puts her head up, we lock eyes and I hold it for a few seconds until it seems natural to look away again like nothing happened. Usually during this she'll do a little smirky smile or something. No idea how to smoothly proceed from here.

The second is real hot. 7.5ish and a smoking body. Rack looks tasty and legs are unreal. Mid-20s and acts very level-headed and professional. Not like a crazy bitch feminist type though. Seems mature, smiles a lot, and has a very chill vibe. Can't find her on social media unfortunately. Comes off as a "good girl," very quiet and shy at first but out of nowhere yesterday she got pretty talkative when I set up shop at a desk near her for a couple hours. I tried to be conversing with her and watching body language at the same time - she would spin her chair around to be at about a 45* angle to me with her legs crossed and making some hand gestures while talking. I was trying to see if she was touching her face and hair and stuff but couldn't handle it all at once as, like I said, her tits look top-notch and were stealing much of my attention. It definitely had the air of a positive interaction though.

I'm not prepared to try anything on either of them quite yet, and I'm also cautious of how I act at all times as this is a work situation. Neither of them give me any crazy/psycho worries but I suppose you just never know. Interested in what you guys suggest I do for the near future. With any luck I can make some steady progress and strike when the time is right.

The general consensus here is that gaming women at work is a bad idea.

It's your source of income and you shouldn't fuck it up. Your income is one of the ways that you can increase your options with women. Money is the choice of action.

If you hang around here, you'll gain more insight and knowledge and eventually you'll be exploring options outside of work.

Sounds like you're in a dry spell. I've noticed in dry spells that one's spectrum of 'who I want to fuck' becomes skewed and sometimes you aim towards women you shouldn't.

Thanks. I'm getting ahead of myself trying to find every possible girl to bang. Enthusiastic about applying game all the time and not thinking things through. The college chick I can forget about, the other one will be tough since she's exactly what I'd go for if I saw her elsewhere. Appreciate the advice.

Don't shit where you eat, period. You'd have a lot more to lose than just your job if you go down that road.

Chicks @ work are EASY to pull, but HARD to get rid of.

If you must go down this road, because you have a scarcity mentaity,
I'd focus on "lifestyle" game and social proof.

- Update your fitness, wardrobe, and grooming.
- Imply or be seen with hot chicks. (roses at the job, screen saver, calls you have to take)

Most importantly, do not help out.

If she needs boxes moved,
"You can handle it, lift with your knees"
"Call physical services."

This is especially crucial if you look like you work out.

At no point can a co-worker or an underling depend on you to do something for them. You're not in service to her, ever.

I would just add, use these hot girls to improve your social proof. If they really are good looking take them with you to happy hour after work and hit on other girls. Use pictures with them for dating sites etc.

Your best bet is for people to think you've banged them, without you actually doing it and fucking up your work situation.

If you were a teenager working for minimum wage back in 1965 (when unemployment was low and you could get another job in a heartbeat,) I would say what have you got to lose.

You've been working 10+ years, so be all business with them. Deal with them like you deal with other co-workers, because that's what they are. No flirting, no more socializing than with the guys. If a group of guys and gals from the office goes out to lunch together, cool.

DO NOT jeopardize your job.

You say you are somewhat awkward with women. By dealing with these two like you deal with other cowrokers, you will learn to be relaxed around beautiful women.
