Matt Hughes who was a former UFC champion and also a decorated amateur wrestler wrote in his autobiography about how when he was wrestling in junior college (he actually went to the same juco as Tiger Mandingo) he would be given As in classes that he would never attended due to him being a powerhouse on the school's wrestling team. He also talked about a wrestling teammate that was very similar to Mandingo, guy was barely literate and couldn't even write a paper for classes.

Remember that's the family's defense of his actions. Of course they want to diminish his responsibility. He knew enough to arrange secret gay trysts at a conservative college and record dozens of sexual encounters without the other guys knowing.

I was actually taking a look at the guy's (public) Facebook and he does seem to have at the very least some sort of dyslexia. The status updates he was writing on there were incoherent and nearly incomprehensible.

This dude should not spend one day in jail.

While what he did is fucked up, there are no real victims here.

If gay anal sex without protection is a part of your lifestyle, you will get HIV eventually, and most likely in the near future.

The "victims" should have lived a healthier lifestyle, instead of one that is known to spread diseases.

I think he should actually not get anytime. Why the fuck are these guys banging without protection and risking in sex acts that have a high chance of spreading the disease. It's not like they couldn't have walked away if TigerMandingo was adamantly anti-condom.

If you're about to fuck a girl and she tells she's disease free when she knows she isn't, that's fraud plain and simple, fraud that leads to very real danger. But no, you don't want anyone to raw dog because some people are diseased, you want everyone to wear condoms.

I used to work with a gay guy (think Mr Slave off SouthPark) in a hospital who is HIV+, and is now an IV drug user. His stance on HIV, and that of the group of gays he belongs to is that it doesn't matter if you catch HIV, you just take a little pill and there's no more risk.

It's a very unhealthy attitude within the gay community that poses a real risk to society at large, especially with all these bisexual hipster douches roaming around.

No, it isn't, because the pizza delivery guy doesn't leave you with a serious disease or bankrupt. So your answer is yes, Bernie Madoffs should not be prosecuted. That's all I wanted to establish.

Thankfully, most people do not feel the same way, and that fraud entailing serious damage to life and property is a punishable offense.

No, the situation is far different from that and you know it.

When you're dealing with Madoff, he and his clients signed documents where he promised to delivery a service, but then knowingly stole people's money. He was going around as a stockbroker, but was a swindler.

Some guy or girl saying, "i'm clean. Totally." Then rawdogging them because you took them on their word is absolutely different. Just because a girl tells you she's clean doesn't mean she is. She may not even know she has something.

There's stories all over the internet about HIV positive men sleeping with women and infecting them. They got the book thrown at them.
