Since everyone is generalizing based on personal experience, let me throw my two cents in: I've had far more worse male bosses than females ones. The best bosses I've ever had were two female bosses who were instrumental in mentoring, coaching and championing me in my career. Neither were lesbians but my brother, an engineer, was able to double his salary when his lesbian manager flew the coop and took key members of her team with her. . I've had, and observed, male bosses and they ranged from great to abysmally unqualified.
As much as I enjoy reading this forum, sometimes the unqualified generalizations that are made here just floor me.

I think you are over generalising a bit.
Hate feminists...hate on lesbians cause any form of homosexuality is disgusting( especially those bulldykes) and hate on SJWs...but never judge a boss on who they are unless they show you how bad they are.

Point is that there are good lesbian bosses and bad lesbians bosses. Yeah I hate lesbians and gays, but I'm going to leave my judgment at the door when I enter the workplace.

I'm going to be a nurse.

I have been to work in three different hospitals...7 different wards.

Everytime the nurse unit manager of the ward was a female...but I never experienced such ill treatment or unfairness based on being a proudly straight man.

if anything, everyone on ward does their work and nurses all get assigned to patients they have looked after before, by the boss, to ensure efficiency and if the nurses are having a tough time with their patient load, the female boss even steps in to help...she does this for our male nurses aswell.

I will agree there is bitching and catty behaviour...but it is so seldom you barely notice it.

So here's the reminder, in case you guys don't already know this a dozen ways: women are utterly incompetant as senior corporate executives. The reason is rather hidden....they are oblivious to older men. It's genetic for them. Their minds automatically shut down when they see an older man. He ceases to exist and she'll let him die without the slightest interest.

That's why women leaders ALWAYS fail. Because inevitably the men in their organizations revolt. These organizations are all built around various levels of grizzled old guys who know their parts of the organization in huge detail. If they revolt, your organization dies. Women leaders always end up pissing off these old dudes and the company starts to sink.

Sure, layoffs happen, but if you do them heartlessly or stupidly, they will tear the fabric of the organization apart. Male CEOs understand this because, they are older men too and they have a sense of duty to their fellow men. They are ruthless guys, but they know how to couch it so their ruthlessness is mostly accepted. Women leaders do not understand this and invevitably screw it up and lose the allegiance of their command structure.

That is why women CEOs and managers are such failures. Women managers can be ok if you are young man...they'll acknowledge your existence and treat you well. Once you get older, you'll see how they screw you over relentlessly.

As a currently unemployed young man who has had but one real job in my life (theme park ride operator), working for mostly female bosses, (basically park-area monitors) both hetero and homo, I will throw my hat in the ring of "NAFBALT". One of them moved up to parkwide rides manager and was completely qualified. She saved the BS for female underlings outside of work, and it was for the most part deserved on their part. Few complaints other than occasionally getting assigned to rides that nobody liked to run anyway.

I came across a short haired chubby dyke at a client site a few years back. She was generally speaking amiable and respectful, reasonably intelligent.

When she had the opportunity she undercut me and an male IT manager in coordination with a higher up female who I was reporting to. It was a very tough feeling of being cucked by someone who had significantly less technical skill and intelligence, but she was able to bond with the female head boss. I was on my way out soon afterwards so I grinned and beared it, but it was a pretty bad news for the manager I worked with. He moved on.

To me lesbos and homos are outsiders and hard to put a finger on.

I have to agree here. In the newspaper industry, my female bosses were excellent, but all my male bosses were difficult, ineffective, and in some cases out-and-out destructive.

Maybe the problem is the newspaper industry attracts Beta men who don't know how to lead. Whatever the case, it was the women bosses who gave me decent raises, recognized my accomplishments, and helped my success along. The biggest accomplishment of the men (sad to say) seemed to be holding meetings where nothing got accomplished and making pointless rules that caused all the best workers to leave. Including me, eventually.

I suspect that this has to do with the fact that SMV is relative. In places like that where there are a large number of females and most of the dudes are dweebs you don't necessarily need to be Chad Thundercock (at least in the pre-Tinder days). Hot enough to be the best in the office is enough.

I've also found that older females who get a parental instinct triggered in regards to you can be absolutely fantastic boosters.

I told her she'd be working at MickieDs if it weren't for her bro.

Then one of her other employees "white knighted" for her which led to a physical confrontation in the parking lot. No regrets.

My first job, an internship in corporate america, rotated me amongst departments. One rotation was in payroll. Where I worked for a short-haired, ugly, troll-like, obvious lesbo. Who I still remember to this DAY as one of the meanest cunts i ever met. I still vividly remember her asking me to do some pointless, demeaning, stupid task. And i replied something like "Um...ok...i just want to do XYZ first because its due before that". And i vividly remember her screaming "I TOLD YOU TO DO ABC!!!!!!!!!!!". Cunt. Today...if a muff-masher talked to me like that, i'd probably have all to do to keep from grabbing something sharp and opening her throat.

- How many years (post-university) have you been working?
- Are you gay? (Serious question).
- Are you very good looking (honest answer!)
- What industry(s) have you worked in?

Did you ever touch your hand to a stove? Hurts, huh? That's how you know to not touch your hand to a hot stove. Likewise, I've spent 30 years in corporate america and have worked for many, many men and women of all races, religions, orientations, and both genders. And my "unqualified" generalization is:

- Working for men gives you a fighting chance. Many suck, but many are good. Your biggest risk with MOST male bosses isn't that they don't "like" you, its that you may be smarter than they are and they see you as a threat to be extinguished. Don't show up your male boss and you are probably pretty safe.
- Working for women is generally VERY dangerous for a high-T man. If you are exceptionally good looking or charming, you might be able to use that to your advantage. Most of us can't! Or if your gay, she might be fine with you. But manly men generally don't do well with women bosses. It's an unnatural relationship.
- Working for a lesbian boss is, generally, career suicide for masculine men. She hates EVERYTHING you represent.

The one good female manager I had was actually a lesbian. I haven't had many, none since getting out of sales, but she was the only one who didn't get involved in bullshit office politics (at least none that impacted me or the people I worked with closely.)

In about two years I won't have to deal with bosses at all.

Any time I had a female manager I tended to expect a lot of bullshit.

I think men need to stop playing into this retreat, retreat, retreat mentality.

The lesbian wants you to quit because that's a win for her.

By all means, if her arrival provides you with the motivation to strike outward and start your own business or something similar then, great, do it. But if it means ending up on the unemployment line or starting back at the bottom rung in some other shitty job while watching years of career development go down the drain, then you might want to start thinking outside of the cuck-box that society has provided for you (ie: knuckle under or leave).

Consider that straight men are held to play by the rulebook while women and fags are given a total pass to break all of society's laws, and only get promoted by "virtue" of their deviancy. Don't assume your only options are to play by the rules or leave.

Lots of things can happen that will force a company to fire or otherwise displace a shitty boss of any stripe. Lesbians are generally train wrecks in the home department. Find me a lesbian manager and I'll show you someone with a list of domestic violence charges as long as your arm. Don't take it to your boss. Take it directly to your customers and do it anonymously. Flyers posted in prominent positions overnight will do the trick, and blame will likely rest on the shoulders of prior spurned lovers.

There are lots of ways to displace a hostile bride of Satan from your workplace. No need to assume defeat one way or the other. Box clever and throw out the rulebook. You're the only one playing by it anyway.

Can't say I agree, because at the start of my career, I had two different lesbian bosses, and I got 3 promotions out of them in a short couple of years, from fresh out of uni to manager of a small department. They were really easy to deal with, hands off, did not micromanage me, let me do whatever I liked, and shielded me from complainers. Maybe I just had my charms, because they were complete bitches to many people. One older guy at my old work sounded exactly like Mr Lemon. Even a couple of years after he quit, he still sent a profanity-filled email to them to bitch about everything.

Thankfully I have never had a bad boss, but the only bad bosses (other people's) I've observed in my working life so far tend to be two types: single straight women who miss the boat for family and children, or completely pussywhipped married beta guys. The former unleash hell directly onto their team and the latter tend to be such cowards that they let their team be bullied by everyone else.

Anyway, if a young man asks me what to do if he's assigned to a lesbian boss, I'd advise him to make the best of the situation through employing good social skills, rather than drowning himself in over-exaggerated negativity, Mr Lemon-style.
