Do you guys have any advice on how to game sapiosexual girls? They are college educated and usually only have ugly looking dudes in their Facebook friends lists. For me it would be an obvious boner killer if I had to break down Goethe's works for two months to a girl, before I would even get any action at all.

It's a phenomenon I recently stumbled upon when I dated two college students from Eastern Europe/Russia where they were acting like a guy's girl, really funny to be around but everything that went past kissing made 'em really uncomfortable. These kind of woman label themselves as "career driven", dress/act more manly than feminine females, possess more testosterone and throw out one-liners like "Seduce my mind and you can have my body" in their social media profiles.

Reminds me of my college roommate. He fell in love with this girl in his philosophy class. Turned out she was really into Thomas Hardy, "Jude the Obscure" was her all time favorite. Don't listen to the naysayers -- it's true, in fact, this is pretty much the only genre I have any success with, as I cannot convincingly simulate the toolbags that run with your garden-variety skanks and bimbos (not yet anyway). This is coming from a guy who is in medical school, so believe me, I'm supersaturated with this crowd. However, as everyone already pointed out they're not any different -- they like muscles and masculinity, but you can build inroads faster if you're witty and can talk semi-intelligently about culture. Proceed as per SOP.

These girls aren't really into smart dudes. They're into dudes they can tell their friends and family are smart. Have a couple of activities or accomplishments you can drop but don't go into any detail. As in most conversations with women keeping it vague is better.

I should add, there are a few girls who are into fucking really smart guys. They generally don't advertise it too much and you're only likely to meet them if you run in the right circles. I've never had one self pronounce herself as a 'sapiosexual'. Even with these chicks though they care more about accomplishments than your rap. Getting a high ranking score on the Putnam exam can get you laid - telling a girl the details about solving the problems on the exam probably wont.
