It's a great site. Izzy has done a lot of homework.

I'd love to do dumbbell work. The guy writing my programming doesn't include it, and doing extra stuff on the sly screws with his data analysis.

There are also non-full ROM bench variations/supplemental work; they include pin bench, floor press, towel bench, etc.
