Of course big enhanced tits are an indicator of a damaged girl. But just one indicator does not necessarily make the girl damaged.

There are girls who are just flat chested who wants some kind of tits anyway. I don't know her, she might be damaged, but I believe that this is your typical flat chested girl who just wanted some kind of tits and went under the knife.
