I didn't read the article as it's pretty misguided to say one race is more racist than the other.

However, you could say one culture is more discriminatory than the other.

Discrimination is natural and inherent in everyone. If we were all the same skin color we would discriminate on eye color, or something else.

Dr. Seuss's book the "The Sneetches" shows this pretty well.

The real question is what is about human nature that we need to discriminate?

I think the answer is a need for "identity". Identity is a criteria for being. For feeling like a real person.

People try to satisfy this requirement a million types of ways. From being a fan of a specific sports team, to joining a gang, to getting a tattoo.

Identity is a masculine attribute because it sets us apart from the others. Modern day western culture has been coming under the sway of the feminine for the past 100 years.

It's starting to come to a fever pitch as we see more and more effort to destroy identity. The concept of racism, sexism, gay rights and all the SJW stuff is an expression of this.

Doctors "without borders". "Globalization". are also examples because to have a border is to have an identity, a separation from the others.

The whole tide of world in general is swaying towards the feminine dimension of reality. It's the times we live in, and will probably get more pronounced but it won't always be this way just like it wasn't always this way.

The Black Situation in the United States is still very bad. While many lower classes in the US have been hit hard with an effective Minimum Wage freeze since the early 80s, black people still tend to be highly represented in poverty statistics, violence, sexual abuse, imprisonment and substance abuse statistics. That is because the Capital in its cultural, social and to a lesser extent physical form is not in anyway sufficient to help the next generation improve its lot in life.

The white situation is still pretty good. High levels of education, well paying jobs in tertiary industries, cronyism across different government jobs and many blue colour trades as well.

Asking which one of these groups is more racist is pretty dumb because for each group it's a completely different question.

Racism is very different for black people. It's not right, but it is definitely a different proposition.
