Bill Maher can be a feminist hack at times and peddles some of the tired SJW points himself but he's also not afraid to attack political correctness. He also attacks all religions equally unlike SJWs. It kills me that this great comedic talent wastes most of his time being such a raging dipshit. If he could only see that this dynamic he is criticizing is the essence of leftism and liberalism. This is its logical conclusion, its endgame. There is always progress to be made. Nothing is good enough to leave alone. Every tradition must be deconstructed to prove that you're more enlightened and morally superior to your contemporaries and your ancestors.

For fuck's sake Bill, they've practically destroyed the family unit. Nothing is or will ever be sacred to them. Civilizational holocaust. The end.

To use a Sailer phrase, the left is a "coalition of the fringes". Without ginning up hatred at more "core" Americans, the left starts to self-cannibalize rapidly. Mahr points this out here perfectly.

The different elements of the left love to fight. Dare speak out, dare disagree on one point, and it's a feeding frenzy.

Any independent thinker who generally leans to the left, even on 90% of issues, will be jumped on (as Mahr has been) for daring to state an opinion that goes against the orthodoxy.
